Here’s a picturesque and intuitive overview of our manufacturing process.
Yarns are wrapped before weaving to improve their strength, smoothness, and resistance to abrasion.
After strengthening the yarns, threads are woven together to form textiles with diverse patterns and texture.
Sizing agents are removed from the cloth before dyeing or finishing fabric to ensure proper color absorption and formation of beautiful fabrics.
Chemicals or agents are utilized to remove natural or artificial coloration from fibers, making them whiter or lighter in shade. This process helps eliminate pigments, stains, or impurities, resulting in a brighter or more uniform appearance for the fabric.
Fabrics are immersed in dye baths to attain desired colors and shades, enhancing their appeal.
Visual appeal and marketability of fabrics are enhanced by adding decorative elements to the cloth.
Textiles' quality is enhanced by altering appearance or adding functionalities post-weaving, ensuring better texture, durability, and performance.
Fabrics are made soft and given a fuzzy texture by lifting the surface fibers. This process enhances the fabric's appearance, warmth, and texture, offering a luxurious feel. Bleaching, Dyeing, Printing, and Finishing are a part of raising.
Fabrics are precisely and meticulously separated according to specified patterns before stitching and assembling garments.
